We believe good service starts with clear expectations. Here's how we work, so there are no surprises when you book with Cleaning Assistant.

Booking

Bookings can be made by WhatsApp or phone at +65 8166 0891, or through our appointment form. When you book, let us know your home size, preferred date and time, and the type of cleaning you need. We'll confirm your slot based on availability.

Minimum duration

Sessions start from a minimum number of hours so our cleaners have enough time to do a thorough job. We'll recommend the right duration based on your home size and requirements.

Payment

We keep pricing transparent and hourly. Rates start at $20/hour for an ad-hoc trial, $23/hour for weekly or fortnightly recurring cleaning, and $26/hour for on-demand ad-hoc bookings. There are no hidden fees.

Rescheduling & cancellation

We understand plans change. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another customer and arrange an alternative time for you.

Satisfaction

We stand behind our work. If something isn't right after a session, let us know promptly and we'll make it good. We're NEA-approved and fully insured for your peace of mind.
